COVID-19 Update

Dear All,

In light of the ongoing lock-down imposed by the Government due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, They have provided guidelines and advice for dental practices. We wanted to provide you with information about how that affects Gatrad and Associates Dental Surgery.

The Chief Dental Office of England has instructed that we cease all face to face consultations, which includes all check ups, treatment appointments and urgent appointments.

We will however remain open for patients to call us in the case of an emergency. Should you have a dental emergency please contact the reception team by phone (please do not show up at the surgery) we will then be able to triage you  provide advice on how best to proceed.

We do appreciate the restrictions imposed will have a significant impact on access to dental care. Please see the attached link on ways you can manage your dental problems at home should you have one 2020-03-31 coping with pain at home.pdf

We will continue to monitor the advice from NHS England and the Chief Dental Officer to ensure we can be up and running as soon as it is safe to do so.
