My family and I have been going to the practice for 20 years. I have nothing but praise for every single aspect of the attention and care they deliver. The children have grown up with absolutely no fear of 'visiting the dentist' due to their skill and expertise, and, without exception, every visit is a pleasure. Totally recommended.
The dentist and their associates provide an excellent service. All staff are unfailingly polite, the dental work is first class and I could not wish for a better dentist.
I used to pay for private dental care till I visited this dentist the first time over 30 years ago. The are fantastic-caring-gentle and kind. They run a fantastic Dental team where the Patient is always put first. Nobody can say they enjoy going to the dentist but all the staff are so kind and sensitive to each Patient so make any visit as stress free as possible. They explain what they are going to do-what they need to do-and talk each patient through the process. I know many patients travel a long way to us the Practice even when they have moved a long way away...that speaks volumes for the quality of the Service provided
My family and I have been visiting our dentist now for over 20 years and have always been extremely happy with the level of care provided. Previously I had not visited a dentist for over 18 years and so I was very nervous about my first visit to the dentist in such a long time. I should not have worried as the dental work and visits to the hygienist went like a dream. I can honestly say that I now look forward to our regular check-ups and that we all feel totally safe if the hands of our dentist and their happy and helpful team
I've always had a strong gag reflex and having had dentists in the past that were less than patient with me because of this I used to worry about going to the dentist. I don't any more though, I've been using this dental surgery for a number of years and I have to say the staff are all extremely professional and knowledgeable with a friendly approach to patient care that gives a personal touch. I can safely say they changed my perception of going to the dentist and I can't recommend them enoug
I had some bad experiences with previous Dentists but a friend recommended I tried this dentist and I was lucky enough to be taken as a patient. The dentist is not only a great Dentist but they have a friendly manner which immediately puts you at ease. I have been going for check-ups every six months for a number of years and had had no problems with my teeth. The Staff are friendly and really helpful in scheduling appointments - being such a good Practice they are always fully booked. It is a modern, exceptionally clean Surgery and I would recommend to anyone
i moved to this dentist nearly 30 years ago, in that time i have moved around hertfordshire but always stayed with this practice. they are brilliant with children or adults that are worried or like me people with medical problems, it is like one large family, nothing is to difficult for them. i have tried different dentist around hertfordshire and nothing come close to this wonderful, friendly surgery. i wish health and happiness to the gatrad family and staff for years to come. unless i move to Australia i will always use this dentist fantastic, fantastic, fantastic
I have used this practice for almost 23 years so I speak with plenty of experience and authority. The dentist is extremely personable and a brilliant professional. Since I was a boy I have been a regular patient and now both my wife and two children are also patients. The surgery is clean,welcoming and thoroughly professional. The staff are always courteous and immediately recognise us, despite the fact they are incredibly busy. I regard the dentist not only as a professional in their field, but an important member of the community. Put simply I would be surprised to find a better dentistry anywhere in the country

My girls and I have frequently visited this dental practice over the last 20+ years and have found all staff to be very polite, friendly and most importantly they do care about us! I personally see the dentist more often than my daughters and am absolutely delighted with their excellent skills and the way they deal with me - they always manage to fix my teeth and make me smile. A dentist who deserves a medal.
